1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and HomeGlow Cleaning (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) regarding your access to and use of the website cleaningnybrooklyn.com and any related services.

2. Services

We offer residential, commercial, and specialty cleaning services as described on our website. Specific service details, scope, and pricing will be confirmed in your booking or quote.

3. Bookings & Cancellations

• Booking Confirmation: Your appointment is confirmed once you receive a written confirmation from us.
• Reschedule / Cancel: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Less notice may incur a fee up to 50 % of the quoted price.
• Access: You must provide safe and timely access to the premises. If we cannot access the property, a lock‑out fee may apply.

4. Pricing & Payments

Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars and are subject to applicable taxes. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept major credit/debit cards, bank transfer, and cash.

5. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about the property and cleaning requirements
• Secure valuables and fragile items prior to service
• Ensure utilities (water, electricity) are operational

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not 100 % satisfied, notify us within 24 hours and we will arrange a complimentary re‑clean of the reported areas.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, and software—is the property of HomeGlow Cleaning or its licensors and is protected by intellectual‑property laws.

8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

While we strive for excellence, our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HomeGlow Cleaning harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or misuse of the services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Brooklyn, NY.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Revised Terms become effective once posted on this page. Your continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the changes.
