Plans change – we get it! Cancel or move your booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the start time. Inside that window a flat $40 late-change fee applies to compensate our crew.

No, as long as we have secure entry instructions (e-keys, lockbox code or doorman). We’ll text you a “Finished & locked up” photo when we leave.
